David Dabous

David has an Associate of Applied Science degree from Pulaski Technical College and is a licensed real estate agent. He has a broad background and years of experience in property management and maintenance repair.


Neisha Henderson

Neisha has over ten years of experience in client service and office administration. She oversees the marketing of all properties and applicant and tenant communications.


Laura Dabous

Laura has over eight years of experience as an administrative assistant, including over two years as an Attorney’s Assistant for a local law firm. Laura provides assistance with property management and numerous real estate projects.


Allison Hoffman

Allison has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She served the law enforcement community at the University of Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) for 17 years prior to joining the team. Allison has experience in database coordination, conferences, classes, and outreach and education. She handles real estate transactions and property management duties.


Jody Eaton

Jody has twelve years of experience in child nutrition and management with the North Little Rock School District. During that time, she developed a love for real estate. She graduated from the National School of Real Estate and is a licensed real estate agent. Jody assists with multiple real estate transactions.

Katchiri Moody

Katchiri is a former ballerina with Ballet Arkansas, and has been teaching ballet for the last ten years. After buying and selling a few homes, she fell in love with the process and helping families find their new home.  She is a licensed real estate agent. Katchiri also assists with real estate transactions and various property management duties.


Christina Elrod

Christina has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Human Resources and Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has over thirteen years of training and experience in cash management, payroll, and general accounting. Christina manages all accounting and assists with real estate duties.
